Nordic Guidance - Daily Deviant

A big thank you to all of you for the great comments, faves and watches after "Nordic Guidance" was chosen for a Daily Deviant. I ended up with over 1200 new messages which surprised and humbled me. I don't have much free time to spend here and so I get behind easily. I've been able to keep up with the comment but I may have trouble thanking everyone for all the faves and watches so let me say it now! Thank you all so very much! You don't know how much I appreciate all you have done but is is a real moral booster and I'm very grateful!!! I didn't realize how many people like this kind of thing and now I feel I should have said more about the piece when I first submitted it so I have added an explanation about the truth behind this piece I call Nordic Guidance. Daily Deviant

WOW! I signed in today to find over 500 new messages now 1150! Thank you everyone for all the nice comments, faves and watches! Just when was feeling like I was stuck in the mud of life, my "Nordic Guidance" was chosen for a Daily Deviant! I can't say how much that means to me but it sure feels good! Of all the pieces I've done, this one really has personal meaning to me and I am so honored by it being chosen. I don't know if I'll be able to reply to all the faves and comments but I always try too. I appreciate each and every one of you taking the time to look and to show that you like my work. It seems like whenever I'm lacking inspiration and I feel unproductive, something always happens to remind me not to give up. I think all artists need a boost to keep them going now and then and that is what you have all done for me today! Sometimes I forget how special DA is, but of coarse it is you, the artists of DA who make it the unique and beautiful place that it is. Thanks to all of you!!!

No Time!

Oh Man! I can't believe it's been over a year!!! Thanks for all for the great comments everyone!!! I'm sorry if I haven't replied, I haven't been around here for a while. I must be getting too old to keep up with everything. With pain from old injuries and lasting effects of a chemo overdose years ago, headaches and fatigue are a part of my life nowadays. Not complaining, honestly! I'm a lucky man and I'm still young inside but my body doesn't want to keep up with all my plans.
I haven't submitted any deviations for over a year but I've worked on a few new things, mostly photomanipulations but some metal art too. I haven't added anything for a while because I'm so dyslexic that I have trouble replying to all the comments, favs like I used to. But I've decided that even though I can't reply to everyone, I still have to submit what I have. If I don't, they will become outdated and I may never submit them at all. DA is a part of me. I do read every comment and I always appreciate your thoughts! Thanks my friends! You help me keep going! What would life be without music and art!

No Time!

Where does time go? I can't seem to keep up with anything anymore. I'm so behind on everything, I haven't been able to be on the computer very much lately and having a slow dial up connection makes it even worse. I have over 2500 deviatons to view. x_x but I haven't forgot you! I've done qiute a few new deviations but I just can't submit them untill I have more time to handle the DA activity. Sometimes I wonder if I should even be on here because of my situation but I love DA and my friends I have here.

Another year!

Well another year is almost over and I can't slow it down. Life is too short but every minute is a gift. I wish I were more organized, I wish I were more productive, heh, I wish I was young again! lol Oh well, I'm lucky to be here so I may as well do more artwork! As usual, I'm not around for a while and then show up with a few new pieces. Thanks to friends and good people for it is you who help keep me going! Merry Christmas and good wishes to all!
